A New Era for Qianhai-Hong Kong Cross-Border IP Synergy
Under the guidance of the Qianhai Authority, the Shenzhen Qianhai Intellectual Property and Digital Asset Services Association has officially released the Action Plan for Qianhai-Hong Kong Digital Intellectual Property Cross-Border Collaborative Innovation.

- Cross-Border Evidence Recognition: Establishing a streamlined mutual trust protocol for digital copyright and trade secret blockchain notarization between Shenzhen and Hong Kong arbitration centers.
- Global Emergency Legal Response Network: Establishing overseas IP emergency response points in North America and Europe to counter international Section 337 investigations and bad-faith trademark squatting.
- Digital Asset Valuation Standards: Collaborating with Greater Bay Area valuation experts to formulate the Digital Asset Intangible Asset Valuation Guidelines.
